Deposits:
A deposit of $900.00 per person is required to secure a booking. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposits and a signed booking form. If the reservation is made within 90 days of the date of travel, full payment is due.

Final Payment:
Savory Adventures, LLC must receive the final payment no less than 90 days prior to the first day of travel. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Single Supplements:
Accommodations are based on double occupancy. A single supplement is paid by guests who specifically request single accommodations, upon availability. If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we will try to match you with a roommate.

Payment Method:
Savory Adventures, LLC accepts payments made via certified check, personal check, bank draft, and money order, etc. and made payable to Savory Adventures, LLC in U.S. dollars.  We also accept all major credit cards when booking on the web site.

Travel Insurance:
Each tour has a predetermined minimum number of guests required. Please refer to the tour you are interested in for specific details. Neither Savory Adventures, LLC nor others will be responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellation of a tour. In the event a tour would need to be cancelled all monies paid to Savory Adventures, LLC would be refunded, exclusive of airfares, rental cars or other expenses made independently.

It is highly recommended that you secure travel insurance.

Cancellations:
Should you cancel 91 days or more before your original travel date you will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 91 days before your original travel date will receive no refund. There can be no exceptions to this. Medical emergencies will be covered under travel insurance. No refunds will be given for attendees departing early.

Itinerary Changes:
Savory Adventures, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary. This will only happen when conditions or events arise that are out of the control of Savory Adventures, LLC. This is Italy , after all. People take vacations or get sick and an entire restaurant can close without notice. All efforts will be made to ensure that the new itinerary is of the same "value". In any case, no refunds or discounts will be made due to any changes.

No Smoking Policy:
In order to preserve the quality of our historic buildings, we must insist that there be no smoking inside any of our villas.

Liability:
Savory Adventures, LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations, either from the participants or generated by Savory Adventures, LLC, due to adverse weather conditions, war, and threat of war, civil strife, terrorism, or natural disaster. It is the responsibility of all persons participating in this tour to obtain sufficient travel insurance to protect their investment t from but not limited to: medical expenses, baggage loss or damage, accidents, loss of personal property, cancellation and curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses and emergency.
