Methods/steps
After seven days, bring the water to a boil and add the sugar, boiling slowly until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid has turned mostly clear. Leave to cool. When cool, add to the lemon and alcohol, close the container again and leave for another week. After this week has ended, strain the liquid, squeezing out the lemon and peel. Pour into bottles. Place bottles in the freezer to get ice cold before drinking. Enjoy – Debbie Reviews
