Gorgonzola Cream Sauce Description



The "Dolce" version of the Gorgonzola has less of a bite and makes a much creamier sauce than the typical Gorgonzola cheese. - Debbie

1/4 pound Gorgonzola Dolce
4 tablespoons butter (no salt added)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Methods/steps

Slowly melt all ingredients in a sauce pot on a low heat until velvety smooth. Serve immediately.
